The “Community Kitchen series“ acts as a test filed for collaborative food solutions, a cook&connected meeting of chefs and artists.
Appreciation of food and the eating experience always brought good people together. No elitist membership. The community kitchen is a series of dinners events organised in a kitchen built for the stage, a temporary cooking and eating space facilitating interaction and communication around our food and consumption concerns. Adapting existing pieces of furniture and building new modular units, simple to put and and take down, this temporary kitchen will allow for various configurations from seated dinners to cooking classes. Made out of wood, food smells and good company, the space and matters are going to follow different guests – chefs or artists- in their quest for new works of performing and edible art, supporting the idea of food for social campaign. Performing together an informal, inviting, interactive and inspiring community kitchen.
